Although we own two dogs and other farm animals, our beach house does not authorize pets of any type, unless they are service related. Absolutely no smoking is allowed inside the property and no large events should take place unless they are pre-coordinated. We hope that you treat the space like your own home, but a $100 fee will be charged for any broken rules listed above.
