Highly recommend this rental. The owners are awesome and respond immediately to any and all inquiries made. The house was accessible as promised and all the directions for anything from coffee pot; tv and wifi sign-ins to door opener codes were well defined. We(6 of us) could not believe that when all 6 of us came in from the beach to shower: we never ran out of warm water!!👏👏👏. Next year will mark our 3rd year to rent this property. 🥰

Absolutely Perfect! The location is ideal. The breeze and ocean sounds and privacy being the last home on the dune before a ways of open dune…. The decks are large enough to enjoy the outdoors but not so large off the sliders that the views were obstructed. We spent all our time at the great table feeling like we were right at the water’s edge. The best views are when you see the waves crashing onto the beach - wonderful to have no dune blocking our view! (Also wonderful to have no vegetation blocking the views or creating a haven for gnats and mosquitoes- always a perfect breeze and we enjoyed the outdoors whenever we wanted with peace of mind. At other rentals gnats could come thru screens- here we had zero issue and no worries!). The kitchen has everything we needed. Beds super comfortable. We have our new home away from home. The owners are amazing to communicate with- always a quick text away. Eagerly awaiting our return! J&J

Our 2nd year here and we already can’t wait for next year! Island Time has everything you need and the host is always very responsive to any request, even if it’s minor. It is apparent the owners take great care of their home. Our kids said this is their favorite vacation house and they love being right on the beach! We’ve certainly found our happy place.🏖️❤️😎

Thanks, Lee, for another excellent vacation at Island Time! We have always loved the fact that we walk down the stairs and are on the beach but this visit it was especially helpful. We had a lot of scattered thunderstorms during the week so we could stay on the beach as long as possible then run inside without any fuss. We love the communication and the quick responses. We love all the paraphernalia in the kitchen and the nice touches like coffee pods and snacks. Great place to vacation!

This house is absolutely perfect! First and foremost, it is right on the beach, and it feels like the ocean is your backyard. Secondly, it is in a prime location on the island. There is plenty of space, and it’s perfect for families with children. Will definitely stay here again, and the hosts had excellent communication!
